What we do

Six things we do, done properly

Most of our clients came to us with one urgent problem and stayed for the rest. Start wherever it hurts.

Cloud migration

Move email, files and line-of-business apps to Microsoft 365 or Azure. Planned around your calendar, cut over outside business hours.

How it works

How an engagement starts

No long discovery project before anything useful happens. Three steps, and you can stop after the first.

01

We look at what you have

A short on-site or remote review of your servers, devices, licences, backups and network. You get a written summary of what is fine, what is risky and what it costs to fix.

02

We fix and migrate

Agreed scope, fixed price, scheduled work. Migrations and cutovers happen in evenings and on weekends so your team starts Monday on the new setup.

03

We manage it from there

Monthly per-user plan covering support, monitoring, patching and backups — with a quarterly review of spend, licences and what to tackle next.

Free IT review

Find out what is actually wrong

An hour of our time, on site or remote. You end up with a written summary you can act on — with us or without us.

  • Every risk graded, so you know what to fix this month and what can wait a year.
  • A licence check that usually finds seats you are paying for and nobody uses.
  • A straight answer on whether your backups would actually restore.
  • Costs attached to each recommendation. No obligation to buy anything.

Common questions

Things people ask before they call

How is a managed plan priced?
A flat monthly rate per user, quoted after the free review so it reflects what you actually run. Project work — a migration, a firewall replacement — is quoted separately and fixed before it starts.
We already have an IT person. Does that rule us out?
No. A fair share of our work sits behind an internal IT person who handles day-to-day support and wants backup on migrations, security and after-hours cover. We can scope around whatever they already own.
Are we locked into a long contract?
Managed plans run month to month after an initial term agreed up front. Your documentation, passwords and licences are yours throughout, so leaving is a handover rather than a hostage negotiation.
Can you support staff who work from home?
Yes. Remote support is the default and covers home-based staff the same as anyone in the office, including device setup shipped to their door and VPN or Entra ID access to internal systems.
What happens if something breaks after hours?
Our standard support window is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm ET. After-hours cover can be added to a managed plan — tell us what uptime you actually need and we will price it honestly rather than selling you 24/7 you will never use.

Send us a message. We will tell you straight.

Describe what is breaking on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether it is a quick fix, a project, or something you can safely leave alone.
