Plain answers
You get told what is wrong and what it costs in language you can repeat to your accountant. No jargon used to end a conversation.
Home / About
We are an IT and cloud services team based on The West Mall in Etobicoke, working with businesses across the Greater Toronto Area.
Why we exist
Usually because the current arrangement stopped working.
The pattern is familiar. A business grows past the point where one capable person can keep the servers, the laptops, the licences and the backups in their head. Tickets take days. Nobody can say for certain whether the backups restore. The Microsoft bill keeps climbing and nobody can explain why.
Divora exists to take that whole layer over — properly documented, monitored, and priced so you know the number before the month starts. We would rather prevent the emergency than bill you for it.
Our commitments
The commitments that shape every engagement, whether it is a one-week project or a five-year plan.
You get told what is wrong and what it costs in language you can repeat to your accountant. No jargon used to end a conversation.
Passwords, licences, network diagrams, recovery steps — documented and handed to you. If you ever leave, you leave with everything.
Projects are quoted before they start. Managed plans are a flat monthly per-user rate. Surprise invoices are not a business model.
We recommend the tool that fits your size and budget, not the one with the best partner margin. If your current setup is fine, we will say so.
Migrations, cutovers and firmware work are scheduled for evenings and weekends. Your team should not lose a working day to our project plan.
Remote support first because it is faster, but we are twenty minutes from most of west Toronto when something needs hands on it.
Our clients
We fit best with organisations of roughly ten to a hundred and fifty people — big enough that IT problems cost real money, small enough that an in-house department is hard to justify.
Tell us what is breaking. We will tell you whether it is a quick fix, a project, or something you can safely leave alone.
